We’re a dedicated team offering years of experience and a broad range of skills to help you feel your best. Whether it’s osteopathy, Pilates, or complementary health and wellness services, you can find everything you need right here at Morr Movement.
Meet Mark
Principal osteopath Dr Mark Orr graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor in Clinical Science, a Masters in Osteopathy, and a deep care and understanding of people’s pain and discomfort.
He spent two years in Christchurch, New Zealand, treating a wide range of patients before returning home to Australia to set up Morr Movement to focus on supporting the health and wellbeing of his fellow Melbournians.
His interest in osteopathy began back when, as a sports-mad high school student, he faced continual, compounding injuries that traditional treatments with a narrow focus could not fix, but a holistic treatment could.
Meet Our Osteopaths

His interest in osteopathy began back when, as a sports-mad high school student, he faced continual, compounding injuries that traditional treatments with a narrow focus could not fix, but a holistic treatment could.
As an osteopath Mark knows how everyday life takes a toll on our bodies. As a former Victorian Football League player, he has personal insight into the challenges, work ethic and physical/mental commitment it takes for players to be part of a cohesive sports team.
With a hands-on approach that includes equipping patients with tools, knowledge and heaps of encouragement, Mark’s philosophy is that the ‘Ultimate goal’ is to get patients both physically and mentally in the right space for their body to look after itself – without weekly trips to the clinic.
When he’s not helping his patients to feel their best, Mark’s usually keeping active himself with running and pilates, or snowboarding at Mt. Hotham with his wife Hayley.
Morr Movement is supported by fully qualified, AHPRA registered practitioners. All of which are members of Osteopathy Australia.
Winnie
Associate Osteopath
Winnie is a qualified osteopath who graduated with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University. Winnie believes that quality health creates a quality life. Listening to your body, addressing the root cause of dysfunction and taking the time to heal can improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
Winnie takes a patient-centred approach to care, using a combination of direct and indirect manual techniques together with education to support individuals in understanding and better managing their health. She has a particular interest in head, neck, and shoulder conditions and enjoys working collaboratively with patients to develop care plans that align with their personal goals.
In addition to her clinical practice, Winnie works as a Rehabilitation Consultant with IPAR, where she has gained experience in ergonomic assessment and workplace posture. This allows her to provide practical guidance for patients, particularly those in office-based roles, to support comfort and function in daily activities. Winnie values supportive, individualised care and encourages patients to take an active role in their wellbeing.
Meet Our Pilates Instructors
Meet Hayley
Senior Clinical Pilates Instructor
Hayley is a fully qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor and is also currently undergoing a Diploma of Clinical Pilates.
Her love for exercise and movement stems from a background of gymnastics as a child and then moving into gymnastics coaching later in life. Just like gymnastics, Hayley loves that Pilates provides an alternative option to exercise that focuses on precision and control.
Hayley is enthusiastic when it comes to getting people moving and loves motivating others to make positive health choices. She believes that Pilates is a great form of movement that is important for all, as it provides endless possibilities of improving our flexibility, strength and mobility.
In Hayley’s classes you should expect to have fun whilst being challenged and feeling the burn. She is passionate about curating classes that cater for all, incorporating a mix of traditional and modern Pilates exercises throughout her programmes, allowing everyone to explore their own potential.

Sydney Hayes
Pilates Instructor
My name is Sydney or Syd! You will find me in the studio teaching or perhaps outside of Pilates, I will be chilling with my dogs!
I found an interest in pilates a couple of years ago- particularly with its focus on our core strength & mobility. I have been instructing for just over a year, and find a deep passion in helping people move their bodies. I love seeing people test their abilities & watching clients progress in their practice.
You will either love me or hate me (or maybe both!!) When I’m cueing you through a layer with a thousand pulses, but I promise you will leave feeling stronger & more confident. I’m all about creating a community where we work hard but also have a great time along the way!
Chirra Tyson
Pilates Instructor
Chirra is a Qualified Osteopath, passionate about pilates and the human body. She believes pilates is not just a form of exercise, but a powerful tool for rehabilitation, prevention, and overall body wellness.
Her love of movement stems from her ballet background, where developed the understanding that flexibility, strength & balance play an important role in daily function.
She loves getting creative and combining low impact exercise with functional movement on the reformer machine. You may also find she loves to add a cheeky lunge & upper body series.
When she’s not in the studio, you can find her with an iced latte or out and about friends and family.
Emma Beales
Pilates Instructor
Shantel Hussein
Pilates Instructor
Shantel has been teaching pilates for 5 years and started with Clinical Pilates as a way to complement her Osteopathic treatments. Shantel enjoys the interactions with clients and helping them feel strong and empowered. In her classes you can expect lots of layers with some cheeky pulses to really feel that burn.
Lily Hindson
Pilates Instructor
Lily is a qualified Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor, as well as a professional dancer. She first discovered Clinical Pilates at a young age while recovering from an ongoing injury, and immediately felt the benefits. That experience sparked her love for Pilates and its ability to strengthen, restore, and empower the body.
Her classes are all about full-body flow – you can expect to work hard, move with intention, and maybe even surprise yourself with what you’re capable of. Lily believes Pilates can meet you exactly where you are in your fitness and health journey, with endless room to grow and challenge yourself. You can count on her to keep you motivated, moving, and maybe even smiling through the burn.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her dancing, at the beach, or catching up with friends and family.
